''Inspired by the everyday I begin with the process of throwing on the potters wheel using porcelain or stoneware clays. The vessels are then worked on by hand giving each individual form concideration. Layers of clay slips and glazes are applied providing variations of surface qualities and visual contrast between an earthy stiff palette of stoneware or the smooth tactile purity of fine porcelain."
