From a early age, I knew I wanted to be an artist. This passion led me to earn a BA in Graphic Design, which provided me with a strong foundation in composition and creative expression. However, my true calling lies in oil painting, where I can fully immerse myself in the textures, colours, and forms that inspire me.
My work is deeply connected to the natural world. I believe that nature is the real artist—I simply interpret the gifts she provides. Whether it’s the shifting light on a Cornwall beach, the rhythmic ebb and flow of the sea, or the quiet details hidden in the landscape, I aim to capture the essence of these moments in my paintings.
Cornwall’s beaches, cliffs, and rolling seas are a constant source of inspiration. Through my work, I hope to share that sense of awe and connection, inviting viewers to experience the serenity and vitality that nature so freely provides.
