Inspired by the Finnish tradition of smoke fire sauna – Savusauna- this collection is decorated entirely by smoke and flame. Offering you a chance to lose yourself in the work, these smooth, dancing flames and curling smoke patterns create a sense of calm and peace.

The Save collection are slip cast in Julie’s home studio, using white earthenware, where the firing process involves placing pieces into a container filled with a mix of sawdust, leaves and seaweed, letting flames dance over the pieces, creating the unique patterns on the surface.
