Large Wild Cornwall Pot

Size: 22 x 18 cm

As seen on the BBC’s Rick Stein’s Cornwall and the Great Pottery Throwdown.

Bring the wild spring beauty of the Cornish hedgerow into your home with this hand-built ceramic pot.

A beautiful vessel handcrafted using coils of clay then hand-painted with glazes before being raku fired in an outdoor kiln.

The glowing hot pot is removed from the kiln with tongs and placed in sawdust, before being left to smoulder. Once removed and cleaned the stunning beauty of the Raku glazes reveal their magic.

Please note Raku pots are decorative items only and remain porous as they are low fired.
