Extra Large Tsubo Jar

Built in two halves, this pot is a large and exquisite hand thrown vessel that would make quite the statement piece.

Pots are splashed and poured or daubed with oxides, engobes and silica carbide to create textures and surfaces which are unpredictable and unique- the finishes suggest water, rock, ice, metal. The work is spontaneous and heavily influenced by Japanese pottery.
